Summer Nanny for 3YO & Newborn – Part-Time
Summer Nanny – $17.50-$18.00/HR (Depending on Experience)
Location: 85225 – Chandler, AZ
We are searching for an energetic and nurturing nanny to support a growing family with a toddler and a newborn in Chandler this summer! The ideal candidate will provide a calm and joyful presence for their active 3-year-old and gentle support with newborn care as needed. Mom and Dad both work from home and are looking for an extra set of hands to help them rest and recharge during the day.
The toddler thrives with a Montessori approach, so someone who encourages independence and engages through age-appropriate, purposeful play is a plus! Baby is expected to arrive in May, and care will begin shortly after.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Start Date: May 19th
End Date: August 15th
Compensation: $17/HR
Responsibilities:
- Care for a 3-year-old with a Montessori-style approach
- Help with newborn support as needed
- Assist while parents work or rest
- Keep kids engaged, safe, and on routine
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire
- At least one year of childcare experience, including in-home nanny experience (paid experience preferred)
- Experience with infants and toddlers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Driving not required but helpful)
- Ability to pass a background check (Provided and required)
- Three childcare references (Ready upon request)
- Up-to-date MMR, COVID, and Tdap vaccinations required
