Infant/Toddler Nanny - Full Time (Montessori Approach)
Infant/Toddler Full-Time Nanny – $17.50–$18.00/HR (Depending on Experience)

We’re seeking an energetic, reliable, and calm nanny to support a bright and independent toddler (1.6YO) along with her younger sibling who is 4MO, for full-day care Monday through Friday! This sweet Tucson family is looking for a caregiver who can confidently manage their daughter’s Montessori routine, while creating feeding and nap routines for the infant.
The family's toddler, loves painting, bubbles, coloring, and riding her trike. She also enjoys baby piano and is known to be compassionate, helpful, and observant. The family appreciates someone who is tidy, confident in managing tantrums with a calm demeanor, and not easily overwhelmed.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: Ongoing Position
Compensation: $17.50–$18.00/HR
Responsibilities:
- Provide full-day care in a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment
- Light meal prep and cleaning during mealtimes and around play areas
- Encourage helpful habits and positive behavior (ignore tantrums, reward calm)
- Support safe, fun play through music, arts, and outdoor activities
- Tidy up play spaces with the child after activities
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire
- At least one year of childcare experience with Infants/Toddlers, including nanny experience (paid preferred)
- Experience with toddlers and infants required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Driving not required but helpful)
- Ability to pass a background check (Provided and required)
- Two childcare references (Ready upon request)
- Up-to-date MMR, COVID, and Tdap vaccinations required
