Infant Nanny – $18.00/HR

Location: 85018 – Phoenix, AZ

We are searching for a kind, patient, and nurturing nanny to support a sweet family in Phoenix with their 4-month-old daughter! The ideal candidate will provide attentive infant care, engage the baby in age-appropriate play, and bring reliability and warmth to the household.

Both parents are loving and involved. Mom works from home and would like to be part of her baby’s care when possible, while Dad works outside the home. This will be their very first nanny experience, and they are excited to welcome someone who can be both supportive and communicative.

The family’s daughter is a happy, social baby who enjoys tummy time, toys, and interaction. She is bottle-fed breast milk, takes several naps throughout the day, and thrives with consistent, caring support.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Start Date: September 2025

End Date: Ongoing

Compensation: $18/HR

Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing, attentive infant care (feeding, soothing, changing, and engaging in play)
• Support healthy sleep and feeding routines
• Encourage age-appropriate development through play and interaction
• Perform light household tasks as needed (ex: tidying or light cleaning)
• Communicate openly with parents about daily activities and milestones

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire
• At least one year of childcare experience (paid nanny/infant care experience strongly preferred)
• Infant and toddler experience required
• Reliable transportation (driving with the baby not required)
• Ability to pass a background check (Provided and required)
• Three childcare references (Ready upon request)
