Infant and Toddler Nanny - Part-Time
Part-Time Nanny – $17.00/HR
Location: 78255 – San Antonio, TX
We are looking for a kind, proactive, and organized nanny to support a night routine for a sweet San Antonio family with a toddler and an infant (2yo and 9MO)! The ideal candidate will be calm, patient, and confident in supporting two young children while providing structure and joy to their daily routines.
The family has a 2-year-old boy and a baby girl born in August 2024. The older child enjoys reading and practicing languages, while the baby is on a bottle and puree diet. Parents value privacy, reliability, and a nanny who aligns with their gentle, respectful parenting style and can take initiative to come up with fun educational activities.
Schedule:
3 evenings per week - 5P-9P (Days can vary based on candidate) and occasional help weekend mornings!
Start Date: ASAP
Commitment: 6 months or longer
Compensation: $16.50–$17.00/HR
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care for toddler and infant
Foster a calm, safe, and enriching environment
Follow and respect family routines and privacy preferences
Keep children engaged through reading and gentle learning activities
- Fold/put away child laundry and help organize kids’ rooms and play areas
Facilitate Night Routine (Dinner, bath, and bed routine)
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following:
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire
At least one year of childcare experience, including in-home nanny roles (paid experience preferred)
Experience with toddlers and infants
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Driving not required but helpful)
Ability to pass a background check (Provided and required)
- Two childcare references (Ready upon request)
Spanish Speaking (Preference, NOT REQUIRED)
