TODDLER NANNY NEEDED - PART TIME

We have a family looking for an experienced Infant/Toddler Nanny to provide an extra pair of hands and support in our day-to-day tasks. They're seeking a self-directed and detail-oriented individual who thrives with minimal supervision. The family includes only one 1YO boy - duties will include assisting the child in his transition to solid foods, cleaning dishes our kiddo may dirty, and maintaining a tidy and safe environment for our child to grow in."

Schedule: Monday and Wednesdays from 6:45A-4:45P

About the Children:
Our child is very easy going and thrives on routine. He loves to babble and talk - we are so excited for him to develop his language skills! Lastly, he is great with his motor learning skills and is now working on crawling!

Their Ideal Nanny: Parents are seeking a highly expereinced Full Day Nanny. Someone with a background in Early Education and age appropriate play would be great! They are wanting someone that is highly detail oriented and accommodating.

This candidate should be passionate about early childhood development and the first vital milestones a child must take. It is essential they are skilled in navigating new behaviors along with providing the social knowledge a child may need to integrate into school.

Start Date: March or April 2025

Duties:
Diaper Changing
Bottle Feeding
Child's laundry
Cooking for child (especially when transitioning to solids)
Implementing Age Appropriate Play for Infants and Toddler

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to commit Long Term (1 year or more).
• 1+ years of professional childcare experience with infants and toddlers (reflected in your resume).
• 2-3 professional childcare references. (Non-Family Related)
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude.
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation of your own.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation and Benefits:
+ Insurance Benefits: Dental, Vision, Life (Must meet Full-Time hours)
+ Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
+ Rewards Program: Eligibility to earn points daily and redeem gift cards.
+ Employee Status: Receive a W2 at end of year.

+ Eligibility for Bi-Annual Raises if status as an employee is within good standing. ($0.50/hr increase).
